I am trained in different modalities to cater to the specific needs of each client. It is my continued mission to help facilitate my clients' health and well-being. I am also a 2010 graduate of Tricoci University of Beauty Culture and now carry a License in Esthetics. I offer facials and waxing. My expertise in massage ranges from individualized pain relief to relaxation and stress reduction. Communication is encouraged between therapist and client to best address their needs concerning pressure and personal comfort levels. The Massage Come in and enjoy the serene and calming atmosphere. Sink into the warm and cozy massage table. I use heat packs, tiger balm and essential oils upon request. The massage ends with a eucalyptus steam roll to refresh yourself, and a bottle of water. Leave your massage knowing the "Center of Serenity" is within you. My techniques include Deep Tissue or Sports, Trigger Point, Swedish/Relaxation, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral, Raindrop Technique and Pregnancy massage. Raindrop Technique - 9 different essential oils are placed along the spine to help with alignment and calming the central nervous system. Young Living oils are used to aid in the hinderance of bacteria, viruses, and inflammation and pain in joints and tendons. CranioSacral Therapy - This technique was developed by osteopath John Upledger in the early 80's. It is designed to improve the functioning of the central nervous system through the application of very light pressure. Practitioners use this light touch therapy to evaluate the health of each client's cranio-sacral system and work with clients to help the body rid itself of "areas of inertia' or resrtriction. Myofascial Release - Through a combination of stretching and massage, therapists work to relieve tension in the fibrous bands of tissue surrounding muscles called "fascia." Clients have used myofascial release to address health complaints such as TMJ, chronic back pain, headaches, strains, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Reiki - Pronounced "Ray-key." Reiki takes it name from two Japanese terms. Rei (meaning spiritual consciousness) and Ki (meaning life-force). Practioners take a highly spirtual approach to well-being, emphasizing the flow of unseen life-force through the body. Reiki practitioners use gentle pressure over certain areas of the body channeling the energy and this helps the client to better heal themselves. Therapists and teachers must complete a three-part course, at the conclusion of which they are given the title "Reiki Master." The Facial The Mini-Facial consists of a thorough cleansing of the face and a gentle exfoliation. Then a facial massage under steam to increase circulation and encourage cell turnover. The facial concludes in a mask to hydrate the skin and then an anti-oxidant moisturizer to protect the skin. The Deep Cleansing facial goes a step further including extractions and a moisturizing hand and foot treatment. An extremely relaxing session of skin pampering. Education:
