I provide Therapeutic Massage that promotes relaxation, and relief from stress, muscular tension & pain.

I was trained in Europe and also have a Masters in Physical Therapy.

My mission is to help people find harmony in their lives. As this path is different for each person, I am here to help you create a feeling of well-being. Over my 11 years as a therapist I have worked with hundreds of clients. My list is long and I have many success stories to share.

TYPES OF MASSAGE:

SWEDISH is the most commonly offered and best known type of massage. It uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility, and create relaxation.

DEEP TISSUE is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, sore shoulders and low back tightness.

SPORTS MASSAGE is designed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event or function well during training. Sports massage is also beneficial for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion.

HOT STONE MASSAGE is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often a black volcanic rock called basalt, which absorbs and retains heat well. This type of massage is deeply soothing and relaxing and helps in releasing tight muscles.

Experience:

  • 1998 - 2001, worked as a Physical Therapist in a hospital in Poland where I took care of patients with physical disabilities, those going through cancer treatments, and Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), arthritic, and cardiologic patients.
  • 2001 - 2008, worked as a Massage Therapist at a private spa in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Education:

  • 1997 - College of Physical Education - Cracow, Poland
          MS in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Illinois

30 Minutes - $40
60 minutes - $70
90 minutes - $100
120 minutes - $140
Hot Stone Massage - $120.00 for 90 minutes
