It's about you. I begin your massage by searching your body for tight areas, then releasing these tight areas through different massage techniques. I want to work with your body to find a solution to the cause of your aches and pains.

There are solutions to aches and pains, and I am ready to provide them. If I can't find the solutions or can't do the bodywork, I will readily refer you to someone who can.

You need to relax mentally and phsically so perhaps a Relaxation Massage or Meditation is what you desire. It is calming and comforting to let go, to give it up and just be still.

Deep heat packs are used during the massage for further relaxation and to bring more blood flow to the tense areas of your back and neck. After your massage I add a touch of the spa treatment by serving you a bottle of water, a granola bar and a eucalyptus steam roll.

To further your education of your body:

I like to continue to educate my clients on health issues. There are articles I can give you, or a nutritional book is available with references to minerals, herbs and food supplements for a holistic approach to healing and wellness.

For your convenience there is a line of whole food vitamins available for a little above cost, which provides you with a savings of about 40% over health food store prices.

The Katibug and Friends Foundation
Throughout the years of my life I have seen the hardships and the overwhelming needs of handicapped children and their families. It was placed on my heart to reach out and do what I could to help these families. In May of 2006, with the help and hard work of others with the same dream, the Katibug and Friends Foundation was created. The foundation's goal is to help provide for the financial, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of these families in Lake County, Illinois. I know that we can make a difference in the quality of life for these children if we believe we can and go out and do it.

MISSION STATEMENT - To partner with families in Lake County, Illinois who have medically/physically fragile children, building on their strengths that allow them to maintain their child at home. To also provide awareness and education to the community at large on the financial, emotional, medical, and day-to-day needs of these families.
